Only One Bowl Apple Cake

This super simple, easy one-bowl apple cake is an all-natural dessert that tastes incredible! You can throw this together in a pinch with just seven pantry ingredients. A luscious dessert with a sweet and refreshing flavour that you can enjoy all year round. Moist, tender, and decadent, you can enjoy this on its own or with a sweet cream cheese drizzle.

Only One Bowl Apple Cake is one of my autumn obsessions and has been my go-to for just about anything! The ingredients are just a few, and you can already find them sitting in your pantry. Plus the process to prepare this amazing cake is pretty straightforward. The two main things I love about this recipe, not to mention, this will be the best, fool-proof apple cake recipe you’ll ever make! So good and the easiest, you’ll make this over and over again!

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 3/4 cups sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup oil

6 medium gala or fuji or honey crisp apples

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

How to make Only One Bowl Apple Cake

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Add the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and oil in a large bowl. Mix well until incorporated.

Step 3: Add the peeled and sliced apples into the mixture and fold to keep the apples from turning brown.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, add the baking soda and flour. Whisk well before adding to the mixture.

Step 5: Use a fork to mix well until the flour is thoroughly incorporated.

Step 6: Transfer the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch round pans.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes.
