Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c oil
6 medium Gala or Fuji or honey crisp apples
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
How to make Only One Bowl Apple Cake
Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease a 9 x 13-inch or two 9-inch round pans with cooking spray.
Step 3: Combine the eggs, cinnamon, oil, and sugar until well mixed.
Step 4: Peel the apples and slice them into small pieces. Add the sliced apples into the bowl. Mix well until incorporated.
Step 5: Mix the flour and baking soda in a small mixing bowl until well combined. Then, add this into the apple mixture.
Step 6: Shift the batter into the prepared pan/s.
Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
Step 8: Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
