This spicy sausage pasta skillet is one of my forever favourite as I can make this even with my very busy schedule. My family loves everything about this one-pot meal with andouille sausage, jalapeno, pasta.
I have been super busy these past few weeks. The kids are now back to school, and I am back in the office. I have been working from home since the pandemic started. I decided to take the leap and get back on my feet. My family is very supportive, and I cannot ask for anything more! So to thank them for always being so understanding, I promise to make time to prep meals for them. And this one-pot spicy sausage pasta skillet is just perfect!

How to make One Pot Spicy Sausage Pasta Skillet

Step 2: To the skillet, add the tomato sauce, chicken broth, and jalapeños. Bring everything to a boil before adding in the penne. Then, decrease the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the penne is tender.
Step 3: Lastly, add the cream cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir well.
