A wonderful one-pan meal that will sweep you off your feet. Cheeseburger Macaroni is made with pasta and seasoned ground beef top with gooey cheese. An explosion of flavour in each bite!
Cheesy pasta is a must! There are varieties of it out there but this here is my forever favourite. A no-fuss is made in only one pan from start to finish.

1 tbsp minced garlic
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 pinch salt, to taste
1 pinch black pepper, to taste
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. uncooked cellentani pasta (or elbows)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
16 ounces diced tomatoes, drained (optional)

HOW TO MAKE ONE-POT CHEESEBURGER MACARONI
Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic for about a minute or two until golden brown and aromatic.
Step 2: To the skillet, add the ground beef. Crumble and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes until brown. Drain any excess grease from the pan if needed.
Step 3: Add in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Give a quick stir to coat the ground beef.
Step 4: Pour in the chicken broth, then add in the elbow pasta. Stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook the pasta for about 10 to 15 minutes until tender, covered.
Step 5: Take the pan out of the heat. Uncover and add in the cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes into the pan. Stir.
Step 6: Cover the pan again and let the cheeseburger macaroni sit for about 2 to 4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Step 7: Garnish with some chopped parsley and immediately serve the cheeseburger macaroni. Enjoy!
