1 lb flank loin
Olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard
Salt
Pepper
7 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
8 slices provolone cheese
1 baguette, sliced in half
How to make One-Pan Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 390 degrees.
Step 2: On a baking sheet, place the loin and drizzle with olive oil, Worcestershire, and mustard. To taste, season with salt and pepper. On both sides of the loin, rub the marinade and let it marinate for at least an hour.
Step 3: Around the meat, arrange the onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Into strips, slice the meat when done and place the strips back to the pan and stir with the veggies. Then, to one side of the baking sheet, push the mixture.
Step 5: With veggies and slices of provolone, top the meat. On the other side of the baking sheet, place the sliced baguette. Resume baking for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 6: With the meat and veggies, load the baguette and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Serve the One-Pan Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with french fries. Enjoy!
