This Apple Cake is just too perfect not to share with you! A big thanks to my sister, Heather, for this incredible recipe! I love it so much that this was probably my fifth time this week to bake it! 2 Eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
6 medium gala or fuji or honey crisp apples
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, cinnamon, oil, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Slice the peeled apples and toss them into the egg mixture. Stir until well coated with the mixture.
Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the flour and baking soda. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 5: Transfer the flour mixture into the bowl with the apples. Stir until well combined.
Step 6: Apply cooking spray on a 9×13-inch round pan.
Step 7: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
Step 8: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes or until done.
Step 9: Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
