My mom is a huge fan of cobblers. She has so many cobbler recipes that she passed down to me. I particularly love this Old-fashioned peach cobbler. It is a no-fuss cobbler recipe that requires only seven ingredients and guarantees one of the best cobblers! If you also love cobblers, I am very sure that you’ll enjoy making this peach cobbler.

Buttery with crisp edges gooey fruit – two things I love about this classic cobbler. Not too sweet, or overwhelming, just perfect! Growing up, I watched my mom make the best meals. She enjoys making cobblers, and she has tons of cobbler recipes. One cobbler that we all love at home is this peach cobbler. It’s a classic!

If you are craving old-fashioned comfort food, this cobbler is your perfect option. Every bite will remind you of home. Grab a slice and top it off with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra goodness!

INGREDIENTS

¾ c. milk

½ c. butter

1 c. sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

¾ c. flour

16 ounces canned peaches (weight after the liquid is drained off)

How to make Old-Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Step 1: In a cast-iron skillet, place the stick of butter and pop in the oven. Ready the oven and preheat it to 325 degrees F.

Step 2: Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and milk to a mixing bowl. Mix well until well combined.

Step 3: Evenly pour the batter around the pan once the butter has melted. DO NOT STIR.

Step 4: Evenly across the top of the batter, add the peaches. Again, DO NOT STIR.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about an hour. Remove from the oven when done and allow the cobbler to cool for a little.

Step 6: Serve the cobbler warm. Enjoy!
