2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Ginger ale or water
How to make No Peek Beef Tips
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 300 degrees F.
Step 2: In a 9 x 13-inch pan, add the beef tips.
Step 3: In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, then pour this over the beef.
Step 4: With foil, tightly cover the pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 3 hours and remember no peeking!
Step 5: When done, remove the foil and enjoy the Beef Tips over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
