2-3 tsp kosher salt
How to make No-Knead Crusty Bread
Step 1: Place the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix well until blended.
Step 2: Pour in the water and mix with a wooden spoon until you have a shaggy but cohesive dough.
Step 3: Tightly cover the bowl using plastic wrap. Allow the dough to sit for about 8 to 24 hours at room temperature.
Step 4: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 450 degrees F. Pop the Dutch oven inside the oven for about 30 minutes, uncovered.
Step 5: In the meantime, knead the dough on a well-floured surface using your floured hands to shape it into a ball. Loosely tent the dough with plastic wrap and allow it to rest.
Step 6: Take the Dutch oven from the oven after 30 minutes. Place the bread on a sheet of parchment paper using your floured hands and place it in the Dutch oven.
Step 7: Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and continue to bake for another 7 to 15 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from the oven when done and transfer the bread on a cutting board. Slice the bread and serve. Enjoy!
