1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup light corn syrup
6 cups Corn Flakes cereal
1 cup sugar
How to make No Bake Peanut Butter Corn Flake Cookies
Step 1: On the countertop, lay a large sheet of wax paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, pour the cornflakes.
Step 3: Heat the sugar and syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely, stirring. Be very careful not to boil the mixture. Once the sugar has dissolved, take the pan off the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
Step 4: Over the cornflakes, pour the sugar syrup mixture. Mix everything gently until completely coated, making sure not to smash the cornflakes.
Step 5: Onto the wax paper, drop the cornflakes mixture by the spoonful. Allow them to set for a couple of minutes.
Step 6: In an airtight container, place the peanut butter, corn flake cookies and store them at room temperature or in the fridge.
