Garlic knots stuffed with mozzarella. I am speechless! If in doubt, just add cheesy deliciousness! Anything with cheese is a must at home. My kids are obsessed with these knots, and my husband can finish the whole thing by himself! Soft garlic knots with stringy cheese – always a huge hit and incredibly amazing for entertaining. These Mozzarella-stuffed Garlic Knots are my brunch must-have!

Ingredients

2 tbsp all-purpose flour, for dusting

1 lb prepared pizza dough

1 lb mozzarella, shredded

4 tbsp salted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp Romano cheese, grated

Salt, to taste

How to make Mozzarella-Stuffed Garlic Knots

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees.

Step 2: Into a rectangular shape, roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Then, into 6 to 8 equal portions, cut the dough. Now, roll the dough out, stretching each piece into a longer part.

Step 3: To the centre length of each piece, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. To form a log-shaped dough, pinch the edges together to seal. Do the same for every portion. Then, into a knot, very carefully tie each portion.

Step 4: On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place the garlic knots. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5: While the knots are baking, combine the butter, garlic, and parsley in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until aromatic. If needed, add more salt. When done, remove from the heat.

Step 6: Remove the knots from the oven when done and toss in the garlic butter. Before serving, sprinkle with Romano cheese. Enjoy immediately.
