Mongolian Ground Beef is one of my top favorite Chinese takeout dishes. But that is the thing of the pasta now because I get to make it at home with this easy recipe. It is incredibly easy to throw together and I can get it ready in no time! This savory Mongolian Ground Beef is a classic. This is made with just basic pantry ingredients. I serve this over white rice with veggies like broccoli on the side for a simple, yet filling, delicious meal.
I love the combination of the sweet and slightly spicy flavor of this Mongolian Ground Beef. This tastes better than takeout and I can adjust the spice level according to my preference. Downright delicious and fantastic to serve over a bed of hot rice!
