HOW TO MAKE MILLION DOLLAR SPAGHETTI
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Grab a 9 x 13-inch pan. Grease and set aside.
Step 3: Using cooking spray, grease a large saute pan and heat over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Into the pan, add in the onion, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 5: Stir in the garlic and cook for a minute more until aromatic.
Step 6: Add in the ground beef and cook further, breaking into the piece until brown.
Step 7: When done, drain the beef and place it back to the pan. With a tsp Italian seasoning, season the beef. Add to the pan the 2 cups of marinara sauce and mix well. Set aside.
Step 8: Ready the spaghetti. Cook it in well-salted water for 3 minutes until al dente. When done, drain and add the cooked spaghetti back to the pot. Then, mix with a cup of marinara sauce and set aside.
Step 9: Place the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and the rest of the Italian seasoning in a medium bowl. Combine until well mixed.
Step 10: In an even layer, place half of the spaghetti in the prepared pan.
Step 11: On top of the spaghetti, spread evenly the cheese mixture.
Step 12: In one layer on top of the cheese, add the rest of the spaghetti.
Step 13: Spread evenly on top of the beef and the sauce mixture.
Step 14: And sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese.
Step 15: Place inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. I recommend broiling this for 2 to 3 minutes if you want a browner top. Make sure to watch closely so it will not burn.
Step 16: When done, remove from the oven and enjoy immediately.
