1½ c. shredded cooked chicken
21 jumbo shells
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1½ c. cottage cheese
¼ c. sour cream
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (15-ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
HOW TO MAKE MILLION-DOLLAR CHICKEN ALFREDO STUFFED SHELLS
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the pasta shell until al dente. Drain when done.
Step 3: Mix the chicken with cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, 1 c. of mozzarella cheese, and parsley until well combined.
Step 4: With the cheese mixture, stuff each pasta shell, then place them in the prepared baking dish. On top of the stuffed shells, spread the Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered.
