Knowing my kids, I know that instant that they will love this. From then, this quickly became one of our favourite rotations. I usually serve this with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, corn, and steamed rice.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise (for a healthier option, use plain Greek yoghurt in place of the mayo)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
HOW TO MAKE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN
Step 1: Place the mayonnaise or yoghurt, cheese, and the seasonings in a bowl. Mix well until incorporated.
Step 2: On top of each chicken breast, spread the mixture.
Step 3: Into a baking dish, place the chicken, pop in a preheated 375 degrees oven, and bake for approximately 45 minutes until completely cooked.
Step 4: When done, remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
