MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

A favourite, in demand chicken dinner that is easy and quick to make. This melt in your mouth chicken is best to serve with buttered noodles or rice pilaf and a side of your fave veggies like green beans or steamed broccoli. Tender, juicy chicken that is packed with flavour and the most requested dinner rotation. With only a few easy to find ingredients (mostly pantry essentials), anyone can make this in a heartbeat.

I have tried many chicken recipes, but this here has been my go-to. Super easy to throw together, reasonable, and a family-friendly dish that is hard to mess up.

Chicken is a staple at home. We eat more chicken than any meat. And the kids are obsessed with anything chicken, so everyone has to adjust. Not that it’s a bad thing because chicken is one of the easiest to prepare and with a few different ingredients, you’ll be able to come up with a completely different dish! If you have not tried this recipe, you should soon! Not at all fussy and one of the easiest to prepare. One bite and you’ll fall deeply in love! And no one can say no to a melt in your mouth chicken.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 c. mayonnaise (use plain Greek yoghurt instead of the mayo for a healthier option)

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

HOW TO MAKE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Step 1: Combine the mayonnaise (or yoghurt), cheese, and the seasonings in a bowl.

Step 2: On top of both chicken breasts, evenly spread the mixture.

Step 3: Transfer the breasts into a baking dish. Place inside 375 degrees preheated oven and bake for approximately 45 minutes until cooked through.

Step 4: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
