Meatballs and Gravy

by Rebecca January 21, 2021

PREP TIME: 15 mins | COOK TIME: 1 hr 25 mins | TOTAL TIME: 1 hr 40 mins | SERVINGS: 9 Meatballs

This meal never fails to remind me of home. Large meatballs with rice smothered in a gravy sauce and baked to perfection. Pure comfort in every bite and my kid’s favourite dinner meal. It is right to say that I passed my love for this dish to my kids, and sure enough, they will pass it through their own.

Fun to make, not at all fussy, and crazy delicious! Say no more to splattering oil, all you have to do is pop this in the oven. When ready, remove from the oven. And that bubbling hot meatballs in a rich and savoury gravy will make you want to dig straight in!

This recipe has been with my family for generations and could be yours, too.
