Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 (16-oz.) packages biscuits, quartered
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp chopped parsley
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt
2 c. marinara sauce
12 1” meatballs
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
How to make Meatball Sub Bubble Bake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. With olive oil, grease the bottom and sides of a large cast-iron pan.
Step 2: Place the biscuits, garlic, 2 tbsp parsley, butter, and salt, in a large bowl. Mix well, then pour this over the bottom of the prepared cast-iron pan.
Step 3: On top of the garlicky biscuit, drizzle the marinara and across the top, evenly place the meatballs. Then, top with mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden. When done, take the bake meatball bake off the oven and top with the rest of the parsley. Serve straight from the oven. Enjoy!

Cover any leftovers and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Pop in the oven in the same pan to reheat.
