This very simple yet sensational dish is one of the easiest and quickest you can make in a cinch! This crispy baked shrimp is total magic and a true winner. Serve this for a filling weeknight meal with your favourite veggies. This dish is also perfect for when you are expecting guests.

This recipe is very versatile. I prefer to use more butter, but you can use a little less if desired. Add an extra spritz of lemon, depending on your preference, and a little more garlic. This magic crispy baked shrimp is a total game-changer. Super delicious, it is no magic why this fly fast!

Ingredients

SHRIMP:

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 c. dry white wine

Juice from one lemon

TOPPING:

2 tbsp butter, melted

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, finely grated

3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs

Fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 tsp salt

How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour the wine and add 2 tbsp melted butter. Put in the oven for about 10 minutes to allow the sauce to reduce.

Step 3: To a bowl, add the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Then, add the shrimp and toss to coat.

Step 4: Place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter in a different bowl. Mix well until blended.

Step 5: Take the baking dish off the oven and spread the shrimp out in a single layer, then sprinkle with the breadcrumb topping.

Step 6: Return to the oven and continue baking for about 12 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque but still pink.

Step 7: To encourage browning, broil the shrimp for about 2 minutes on high.

Step 8: Before serving, garnish with some fresh parsley. Enjoy!
