Juice from one lemon
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
TOPPING:

How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour the wine and add 2 tbsp melted butter. Put the pan in the oven for about 10 minutes to reduce the sauce.
Step 3: To a bowl, add the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to completely coat the shrimp.
Step 4: Place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter in another bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 5: Take the baking dish out of the oven. In a single layer, spread the shrimp and sprinkle them with the breadcrumb topping. Return the baking dish to the oven and resume baking for another 12 minutes until the shrimp turned opaque yet still pink.
Step 6: Set the oven to broil for about 2 minutes or so. When done, serve the baked shrimp right away topped with some fresh parsley. Enjoy!
