Buttery, lemony, garlicky, and crispy shrimp, all the amazing flavours in one bite. This recipe surely is a real winner!

Ingredients
SHRIMP:
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. dry white wine
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from one lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
TOPPING:
3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour the wine and 2 tbsp melted butter. Place the pan in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the sauce has reduced.
Step 3: Into a bowl, add the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add in the shrimp and toss well to coat.
Step 4: Stir the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter in a separate bowl.
Step 5: Take the baking dish out of the oven, then in one layer, spread the shrimp to the sauce.
Step 6: Sprinkle over the breadcrumb topping. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 12 minutes until the shrimps are opaque but still pink.
Step 7: To encourage browning, broil the shrimps for at least 2 minutes on high.
Step 8: Garnish the shrimps with fresh parsley.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
