Ingredients
SHRIMP:
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. dry white wine
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from one lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
TOPPING:
3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour in the wine and 2 tbsp melted butter.
Step 3: Put in the oven and heat for approximately 10 minutes until the sauce has reduced.
Step 4: To a bowl, add the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add in the shrimp and toss.
Step 5: Combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter in another bowl.
Step 6: Take the baking dish out of the oven. In a single layer, spread out the shrimp.
Step 7: Sprinkle over the breadcrumb topping and place back the baking dish in the oven.
Step 8: Bake for about 12 minutes until the shrimps are opaque but still pink.
Step 9: To brown, broil the shrimps for approximately 2 minutes on high heat.
Step 10: Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
