Ingredients
SHRIMP:
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c dry white wine
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided
Juice from one lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
TOPPING:
3/4 c panko breadcrumbs
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour wine and 2 tbsp melted butter.
Step 3: Allow the sauce to reduce for about 10 minutes in the oven.
Step 4: Into a bowl, add the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add in the shrimp and toss to evenly coat.
Step 5: Place the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter in a different bowl. Mix well.
Step 6: Take the dish out of the oven and in a single layer spread the shrimp out. Make sure that they fit snugly together. Then, sprinkle the top with the breadcrumb topping.
Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 12 minutes until the shrimps are opaque but still pink.
Step 8: To brown, I recommend broiling the shrimps for at least 2 minutes on high.
Step 9: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
