Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp

Serves: 4 | Prep: 5mins | Cook: 25mins

A real winner! This Magic Crispy Baked shrimp is one heck of a meal – crispy, buttery, garlicky, lemony, and super simple to prepare. A quick dinner idea that is ready in no time! This dish couldn’t get any easier and quicker and is guaranteed delicious no matter! And if you love all thing seafood, then, this dish perfect! You got the flavours, the texture in a snap that just cracks in your mouth.

Ingredients

SHRIMP:

1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 c dry white wine

4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided

Juice from 1 lemon

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

TOPPING:

3/4 c panko breadcrumbs1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp butter, melted

Fresh parsley, finely chopped

How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour wine and add 2 tbsp melted butter. Put in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the sauce reduced.

Step 3: In a bowl, place the rest of the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add in the shrimp and toss to evenly coat.

Step 4: Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tablespoons melted butter in another bowl.

Step 5: Take the baking dish out of the oven and spread in a single layer the shrimp. Make sure that the shrimps fit snugly together.

Step 6: Sprinkle over the breadcrumb topping and bake for about 12 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque yet still pink.

Step 7: Then, broil for at least 2 minutes on high to brown the shrimps.

Step 8: Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
