This simple, pretty straightforward recipe has been my life savour for many years now. I am a busy bee so I plan my meal. And this always is a part of my weekly menu rotation. Not only that this is crazy easy to throw together and delicious but this is a nice meal to switch things up a bit. Meatless, carb-free, and an incredible alternative to the classic egg roll. All the same goodness without the carbs!

Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage
7 c. Coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 c. green onions
Optional: 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
HOW TO MAKE LOW-CARB EASY TO MAKE EGG ROLL IN A BOWL
Step 1: Cook the sausage until completely cooked through, stirring and crumbling as it cooks.
Step 2: Into the sausage, stir in the Coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, soy sauce.
Step 3: Top everything with green onions and drizzle with extra soy sauce or coconut amino. If desired, with sweet and sour sauce.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
