LOW-CARB EASY TO MAKE EGG ROLL IN A BOWL

A keto-friendly dish that is perfect for busy days. This easy, quick, and delicious low-carb egg roll in a bowl takes only fifteen minutes to make with just simple, readily available ingredients. No to a breakfast-less morning or tiring meal prep after a long day at work with this incredible recipe.

This simple, pretty straightforward recipe has been my life savour for many years now. I am a busy bee so I plan my meal. And this always is a part of my weekly menu rotation. Not only that this is crazy easy to throw together and delicious but this is a nice meal to switch things up a bit. Meatless, carb-free, and an incredible alternative to the classic egg roll. All the same goodness without the carbs!

I am excited to make this again and enjoy it with either cauliflower rice, quinoa, or white rice. Yum! Perfect for me, for the entire family, and for busy days. You have to try this and include this on your menu rotation. I promise this is worth everything! I believe you’ll be thanking me later.

Ingredients

1 lb ground sausage

7 c. Coleslaw mix

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 tablespoon ginger

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 c. green onions

Optional: 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes

HOW TO MAKE LOW-CARB EASY TO MAKE EGG ROLL IN A BOWL

Step 1: Cook the sausage until completely cooked through, stirring and crumbling as it cooks.

Step 2: Into the sausage, stir in the Coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, soy sauce.

Step 3: Top everything with green onions and drizzle with extra soy sauce or coconut amino. If desired, with sweet and sour sauce.

Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
