How to make Loaded Juicy Lucy Sheet Pan Sliders
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Ready a 13 x 9-inch nonstick rimmed sheet pan.
Step 3: Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and grated onion in a large bowl. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
Step 4: On the sheet pan, spread half of the ground beef into a thin layer. Into 2 rows, layer the cheeses, making sure to leave enough room around the edges to prevent leaking while cooking. With the rest of the beef mixture, cover the cheese.
Step 5: On top of the sheet pan burger, weave the bacon, tucking down the edges that hangover. If you think there will be an issue with the grease dripping over as the bacon cooks, place a smaller sheet pan on top of a larger one.
Step 6: Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and the bacon is starting to cook through. Then, broil until the bacon is crisp.
Step 7: In the meantime, combine the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and thousand island dressing to make the burger sauce and set aside.
Step 8: With lettuce and tomato, layer the bottom slider buns.
Step 9: Carefully drain off the excess grease from the burger once they finished cooking. To the slider buns, transfer the giant burger using spatulas or a pair of sturdy tongs. If desired, top with pickle chips, then drizzle with the burger sauce. Place the top slider buns on top.
Step 10: To easily pull the sliders apart, slice between the rows and columns of the sliders using a large knife. Serve immediately while the cheese is still melting. Enjoy!
