3 tablespoons vegan butter
1/4 c. olive oil
juice of one lemon
1 c. cashew milk
6 cloves garlic, minced
salt, pepper to taste
Vegan Parmesan Cheese (3 ingredients, 1 minute), prepared
How to make Lemon Pasta Sauce
Step 1: Heat the vegan butter and olive oil in a pan or pot. Once hot, add the minced garlic to the pan/pot and cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add your preferred portion of the prepared Parmesan cheese, then the cashew milk and lemon juice. To taste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Continue to cook for additional 5 minutes.
Step 4: When done, serve the lemon pasta sauce over pasta. Enjoy!
