Ingredients
1 (24 ounces jar) pasta sauce
1 (25 ounces bag) frozen ravioli
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese for sprinkling (optional)
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
How to make Lazy Lasagna (3 Ingredient Baked Ravioli)
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees. Ready a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Grease and set aside.
Step 2: Onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish, spread around 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce. In a single layer over the sauce, arrange half of the frozen ravioli. Then, top with half of the sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Do the same layer beginning with the remaining frozen ravioli, sauce, then mozzarella. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Step 4: Using aluminium foil, tent the baking dish, then place it in the preheated oven. Bake the lasagna for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
Step 5: When done, remove the lasagna from the oven. Allow it to cool for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, then serve with garlic bread, salad, or veggies. Enjoy!
Notes:
If desired, you can mix up with beef, chicken, or spinach stuffed ravioli. Also, feel free to add other ingredients to the layer, such as pepperoni slices, sausage, ground beef, fresh basil leaves, veggies, or garlic.
For this recipe, you can substitute the sauce with a jar of Alfredo. Or use both.
