1/2 c. gochujang

5 cloves minced garlic

1 small onion grated

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 pear grated

1/2 c. soy sauce

1 Fuji apple grated

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 tsp pepper

1/3 c. chopped green onion

Bowls:

2-3 c. cooked white rice

1 lb pkg rice noodles prepared according to pkg directions

Assemble bowls:

Step 4: Into the bottom of a serving dish, add your preferred amount of rice and top with the noodles and sliced pork. On top, drizzle the sriracha mayo and teriyaki sauce.
