And this did not fail me. One bite of these gooey caramel stuffed bars with a whiff of peanut butter and chocolate and I know that I found my match. For me, anything with peanut butter, caramel, and chocolate is heaven! And this dessert bar hits all the sweet spots. This is the perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth and cravings. INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the Caramel Sauce:
5 oz evaporated milk
1 bag (14 oz) caramels
1/2 cup peanut butter
HOW TO MAKE KNOCK YOU NAKED BARS
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Then, grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, add the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add the eggs in, a piece at a time, beating well every after each addition.
Step 5: Slowly add in the flour mixture. Mix well before stirring in the chocolate chips.
Step 6: In the prepared pan, spread half of the cookie dough.
Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 8: Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt the caramels with the evaporated milk. when melted, add in the peanut butter. Making sure to melt thoroughly.
Step 9: Remove the cookie dough base from the oven and spread over the caramel-peanut butter mixture.
Step 10: Drop by spoonfuls the rest of the unbaked cookie dough over the caramel mixture.
Step 11: Put inside the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
