KETO PIZZA ROLL UPS

My kids cannot get over these Keto Pizza Roll-Ups! I love it, too as I can enjoy these without the guilt. These roll-ups require just four ingredients that you already have on hand and less effort to throw together.

12 slices of mozzarella cheese

Pepperoni slices or you can use mini pepperoni as well

HOW TO MAKE KETO PIZZA ROLL-UPS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.

Step 2: Using a baking mat or parchment paper, line a cookie sheet.

Step 3: On the baking mat, lay the slices of cheese. Put in the preheated oven for about 6 minutes or until the cheese begins to turn a little brown around the edges.

Step 4: Take the cookie sheet from the oven and let the cheese cool a bit. Then, sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and top with pepperoni, if desired.

Step 5: Roll, then serve with your preferred dipping sauce. Enjoy!
