HOW TO MAKE KETO PIZZA ROLL-UPS
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees. And using a baking mat or parchment paper, line a cookie sheet.
Step 2: On the lined cookie sheet, lay the cheese slices. Place in the preheated oven for about 6 minutes until the cheese slices have melted and slightly brown around the edges. Take the cookie sheet from the oven and allow the cheese to cool for a bit.
Step 3: Once the cheese has cooled a little, sprinkle over the Italian season and top with pepperoni if desired. Then, roll the cheese up.
Step 4: Enjoy these pizza roll-ups with your preferred dipping sauce.
