Keto Ham, Cheddar and Jalapeno Bites

These delicious bites are crazy easy to throw together made with only a few simple ingredients. The perfect low carb meal prep with only 1 net carb each. I have made these keto bites many times already as these quickly became my favourite and go-to. I served these warm or cold usually during breakfast but they’re excellent and filling enough for lunch or dinner. Packed with chopped ham, sharp cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños, these bites just raised the standards!

I lately decided to go on a keto diet journey. It’s a high fat, low carb diet. Before it was a pain but browsing the internet for quite some time (and saved tons of keto recipes) gave me hope that I can do it! And it is not any harder to find grab-and-go keto meals, but still, I prefer home-cooked. Enjoy these Keto Ham, Cheddar, and Jalapeno Bites on their own or serve these alongside a simple salad or soup.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped ham

3 oz. cream cheese softened

1/4 c. jalapeño, seeded and chopped

1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar

3 Eggs, beaten

3/4 c. almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

How to make Keto Ham, Cheddar, and Jalapeno Bites

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Mix the chopped ham with cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Add the shredded cheese, chopped jalapeño, eggs, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir until you have a thick dough.

Step 3: Place in the fridge and chill for at least 15 minutes.

Step 4: To make sure the bites are portioned, use an inch cookie scoop. Onto a silicone-lined baking sheet, drop the dough. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes until the bites are golden brown and completely cooked.
