2 pounds sirloin steak, Ribeye, or porterhouse, cut into bite-size cubes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 c. beef broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
5 tbsp butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
How to make Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large semi-deep skillet over high heat.
Step 2: With salt, pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar, evenly season the steak cubes.
Step 3: Once the oil is hot, drop the steak cubes into the hot pan in a single layer. Do this in batches if you need to.
Step 4: For roughly 3 minutes, cook the bites, stirring until they are cooked to your liking.
Step 5: When done, remove the pan from the heat. Immediately add in the garlic, parsley, butter, and pour in the broth, then mix.
Step 6: Put the pan back on the stove and cook for another 4 minutes over low heat, stirring.
