Yield: 8 servings
This Mac and Cheese recipe from John Legend is what I am obsessing about lately. Nothing is more comforting than layers of baked macaroni pasta and cheeses in one dish. Mac & cheese is a pretty versatile dish. You can easily add some vegetables, meat, and your favourite ingredients to make it even more delightful! You can double or triple the ingredients, too, if serving a crowd.

How to make John Legend Mac And Cheese
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees. And grease a baking dish with 4 tbsp butter.
Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the elbow macaroni in a big pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain when done and set the cooked macaroni aside into a separate pot.
Step 3: Add butter to the hot macaroni and toss to thoroughly coat. Set aside.
Step 4: In another bowl, place the skimmed milk, evaporated milk, and eggs. Whisk to combine, then season with garlic powder, half tsp seasoned salt and regular salt.
Step 5: Add all the cheeses to a separate bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Step 6: To the bottom of the prepared baking dish, add the first layer of macaroni and top with cheese. About 1/3 each. Repeat with another layer until you have used up the macaroni and cheese. Pour the milk over the layers and sprinkle the paprika on top. Let the dish sit for a couple of minutes.
Step 7: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes until light brown. Remove from the oven when done and allow the Mac&Cheese to sit for at least 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
