Growing up, my dad used to make this every Sunday. When all of us are home. It is a family tradition that even now that I am happily married and have 3 kids, we continue to do the same thing every Sunday. It feels good to pass this tradition and recipe to my kids because it is very special to me. Ok, enough with the nostalgia. This dish is not only delicious but it is very simple to make as well. You are only 5 steps away from happiness. Just a friendly reminder though, this may be very unhealthy to people who have high cholesterol so you need to control yourself even though it is very irresistible. You can maybe eat 1 patty but not 3 or more. You do not need any kind of sauce for this patty but if you want, I suggest mixing mayonnaise with finely chopped onions and parsley. It gives additional flavor to the patties. You can also eat it with bread or burger bun. It ‘s perfect! Cook this today and surprise your family and friends with the complex flavors of this heavenly like patties! Enjoy!
