Spicy filling and a smoky-sweet flavour from the rub are the two things I can’t get enough of this Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Pork Chops. These juicy, tender pork chops have the perfect balance of everything in each bite. For sure, a mind-blowing meal! The sweet brown sugar rub with the spicy cream cheese filling is extraordinary. It is not a question that my family and friends are obsessed with this dish.

Step 3: Into the sides of the pork chops, cut a deep pocket using a sharp knife.
Step 4: Evenly spoon the filling into each pork chops.
Step 5: Secure the sliced sides of the pork chops with toothpicks.
