1 package sausage – depends on how much you want to make
1 onion chopped in large chunks
2-3 green peppers, chopped
How to make Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions
Step 1: Thoroughly wash the peppers, then cut them into strips.
Step 2: Fry the pepper strips in olive oil for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then, add the onion and take the peppers out of the pan.
Step 3: Next, add the sausage and fry until cooked through and no longer pink.
Step 4: In a baking pan, mix everything. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve right away. Enjoy!
