Countless Instant Pot electric pressure cooker recipes crawl the internet. And I think I have tried most of them already. I have my favourites and this here is on my top list. The kids are crazy with spaghetti and meatballs. And this recipe can easily be doubled if you are expecting a company.

Ingredients
1 pound Italian style frozen meatballs
8 ounces spaghetti noodles (½ box) (broken in half)
2 c. water
1 c. beef broth
1 (24 ounces) jar of your favourite spaghetti sauce
HOW TO MAKE INSTANT POT SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS
Step 1: In the bottom of a 6-quart Instant Pot electric pressure cooker, add the frozen meatballs.
Step 2: With broken spaghetti noodles, top the meatballs and evenly spread them out to ensure they will not stick with each other when cooking.
Step 3: Pour the water and broth on top of the spaghetti, then the pasta sauce. Make sure not to stir.
Step 4: Set on Manual Pressure for 9 minutes. Do a quick release after.
Step 5: Remove the cover, stir, and allow it to sit for a few minutes to thicken the sauce up, covered. Ensure to stir it occasionally.
Note:
Break the noodles apart in case they stick together while cooking with a fork.
