Fresh chopped basil

Seasoning:
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon black pepper

How to make Instant Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Step 1: Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika) until well combined. Then, sprinkle this over the pieces of chicken.
Step 2: Set the pressure cooker on “Saute” mode. Add the olive oil and adjust to high. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and quickly saute on all sides before adding in the chopped onion or shallot.
Step 3: Turn the saute mode off and pour some chicken stock into the pot. Scrape the bottom of the pot, then add the pasta and chicken stock. Stir well.
Step 4: Put the lid on and seal. Seal the vent and set the pressure cooker to “Manual” for 3 minutes. Release the pressure when done cooking.
Step 5: Now, stir in the butter along with the heavy cream, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, and extra spices if desired. Serve the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta right away garnished with some finely chopped basil. Enjoy!
