An easy but delightful breakfast casserole made with eggs, biscuits, cheddar cheese, beef, or sausage that gives a feel-good feeling just with one bite. Eggs are an excellent source of high quality, low-cost protein, we are all aware of. More than half of the egg protein also has vitamin B2, lower amounts of fat than yolk in white eggs. Rich selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 sources and eggs include minerals such as zinc, iron, and copper.
Children will enjoy this because the basic ingredients are the ones the enjoy eating. Also, you can add some vegetables in it to add color such as parsley. I believe that the majority of us agree that the list of bacon ingredients, eggs, and cheese biscuits includes a lot more than just bacon, cheese, egg, and butter. And that’s why real food, my friend, is so unbelievable! What complicates the large food industry, simplifies real food! Let’s think about that. Let’s think about it. Why are there a hundred different ingredients for a bacon, egg, and biscuit? Why not make a simple biscuit, fry pasted bacon, and add an egg to the heavenly ingredients from a happy chicken?
