PREP TIME: 15 MINS | COOK TIME: 30 MINS | SERVINGS: 8

This Impossible Cheeseburger Pie is going to be your new favourite way of prepping ground beef. It is super easy to prep and takes only thirty minutes to cook. Then, dinner is ready in under an hour!

When I found this amazing recipe, I immediately fell in love with it. I have been wanting to try a different way of cooking ground beef, and this is perfect! This pie is not only a breeze to make, but it’s packed with flavour and a certified hit! You should try this very soon. I am pretty sure you’ll love this cheeseburger pie as much as I do!

Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 c. chopped white onion

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1 c. milk

1/2 c. Bisquick mix

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

How to make Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a 9-inch round deep pie plate or cake pan.

Step 2: Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the meat has browned and the onion is clear. When done, drain any excess grease off.

Step 3: To the skillet, add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Step 4: In the bottom of the prepared pie plate, spread the beef mixture and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.

Step 5: Place the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a small bowl. Mix well until combined, then evenly pour this over the beef and cheese.

Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes until the centre of the pie is set, and the top is golden brown. The pie is done when a knife inserted in the middle of it comes out clean.

Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and serve the pie right away. Enjoy!
