My family loves anything with cabbage, bacon, and ham. This is an exemplary Hungarian dish made of cabbage, onions, and noodles. You can also add crumbled bacon, ham, or kielbasa to make this the main dish.
I have friends that are good cooks and I am so happy that they share this simple but super delicious recipe with me. It is a unique, special dish that is most popular in Austria and Germany. Its roots are in Hungary but the internet is crawling with cabbage recipes and this is one of the most favourites. Simple, easy, quick, and super delicious!
