1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

Pork:

2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin

1/4 of a sweet onion, diced

1 bottle of your favourite BBQ sauce

How to make Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Step 1: Combine the paprika, cumin, chilli powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until everything is incorporated.

Step 2: From the pork tenderloin, remove the silver skin. On a large cutting board, place the pork tenderloin. On both sides of the pork, rub the spice mixture using your hands, then transfer the pork into the slow cooker.
Optional: Add a tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloin to the hot oil and sear until brown.

Step 3: To the slow cooker, add the onion and 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce.

Step 4: Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 4 to 6 hours or 2 to 3 hours on high until the internal temperature of pork reached degrees F.

Step 5: When done, slice the tenderloin and enjoy with any of your preferred side dishes. Or shred using two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker, then add in the rest of the BBA sauce and stir well. Enjoy the pulled pork on buns or serve in rice bowls.
