2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp ground ginger
1 c. flour
3 Eggs, beaten
Oil for frying
Sauce:
5 tbsp butter
⅓ c. honey
½ c. sriracha
2 tbsp soy sauce

How to make Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Poppers
Step 1: Into cubes, slice the chicken breasts. Place in a medium-sized ball along with salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Toss until the cubed chicken breasts are evenly coated.
Step 2: In a bowl, place the flour, and the beaten eggs in another bowl. In flour, roll the chicken pieces, then dip them into the eggs, coating the pieces completely. Transfer the pieces again to the flour to coat for the last time.

Step 4: Combine the butter, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in the chicken, stirring until fully coated.
Step 5: When done, serve the Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Poppers with ranch, blue cheese, or honey. Enjoy!
