1 tsp chilli powder

How to make Honey Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Trim and discard the excess fat from the pork. Puncture the pork using a fork in various places.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the rub ingredients, then spread it on every side of the pork. Firmly press the rub while spreading it on the pork.
Step 4: Add the butter to a hot heavy skillet and melt it over medium-high heat. Lay the pork in the skillet and sear it for about 2 minutes until just brown. Flip and continue to sear the other side. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for about 20 minutes.
Step 5: In the meantime, add the honey garlic sauce ingredients in a small saucepan except for the cornstarch and water. Stir well, then lightly boil the mixture.
Step 6: To make the slurry, whisk the cornstarch and water. Stir this into the sauce until slightly thickened. Take the pan off the heat and set the sauce aside.
Step 7: When the pork is done, remove it from the oven. Baste the pork with the honey garlic sauce. Return the pork to the oven and broil on the “HI” setting for about 3 minutes to let the sauce caramelize. Take the pork out of the oven, cover, and allow it to rest before slicing.
Step 8: Slice the tenderloin and serve garnished with some fresh chopped thyme and rosemary. Enjoy!
