⅓ c. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper
Skewers:
Wooden skewers

How to make Honey-Garlic Chicken & Veggie Skewers
Step 1: For about 5 to 10 minutes, soak the skewers in water and set them aside.
Step 2: Meanwhile if planning to bake, prepare the oven and preheat it to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
Step 3: Add the marinade ingredients into the bowl with the chicken and mix to coat the pieces of chicken. Using plastic wrap, tent the bowl and place it in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
Step 4: Slice the vegetables into inch squares.
Step 5: To assemble the skewers, begin with the red onion, then bell peppers, and chicken. Do this three times. Then, on a baking sheet, transfer the skewers and brush with the rest of the marinade.
Step 6: You can bake or grill the skewers for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink. Before serving, garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
