This easy one-skillet meal with chicken and broccoli in a simple honey garlic sauce takes less than thirty minutes to come together. Make this whenever with whatever you have in hand. Last night I used cauliflower to replace broccoli, but you can also make this with carrots or bell peppers.

HOW TO MAKE HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN STIR FRY
Step 1: In a large skillet, heat a tbsp oil. Once the oil is hot, add the broccoli to the skillet. Saute for about 4 to 5 minutes until tender and caramelized. Take the pan out of the heat and set aside.
Step 2: Add the rest of the tbsp oil in the same pan. Add in the chicken (in batches) and cook until crispy and caramelized. Stir in the garlic and cook for one more minute.
Step 3: In the meantime, place the soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
Step 4: Stream the sauce over the broccoli.
Step 5: Combine the cornstarch with a tbsp water in a different small bowl. Gradually whisk this to the sauce. Simmer for about a minute or two until the sauce has thickened.
Step 6: To taste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Remove from the heat. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately. Enjoy!
