How to make Honey Garlic Baked Pork Chops?
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Mix well until blended.
Step 3: In a large bowl, place the pork chops and pour the sauce over. Toss to coat the pork chops.
Step 4: In an oven-safe 12-inch skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. To the hot oil, add the pork chops and sauce. Sear the pork chops on each side for about 2 minutes until browned.
Step 5: Take the skillet off the heat, then add the butter. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until the pork chops are completely cooked, and the internal temperature reads 160 degrees F.
Step 6: When done, take the pork chops out of the oven. To a serving plate, transfer the pork chops and spoon the sauce over. Serve right away garnished with parsley. Enjoy!
