2 tbsp olive oil
4 (4 oz. each) bone-in pork chops, fat trimmed
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp no-salt ketchup
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
How to make Honey Garlic Baked Pork Chops
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Mix well until blended.
Step 3: In a large bowl, place the pork chops and pour the sauce over. Toss to coat the pork.
Step 4: In an oven-safe 12-inch skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sauce to the skillet and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until just browned.
Step 5: Take off the heat when done, then add the butter. Transfer the skillet into the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until done and the internal temperature of the pork reached 160 degrees F.
Step 6: Remove from the oven when done. To a serving plate, transfer the pork chops and spoon the sauce over. Serve garnished with some chopped parsley. Enjoy!

MAKE AHEAD:
